Approximately 50 grams (1.76 oz) of natural Shilajit Resin in a re-sealable bag.
Shilajit is used in Ayurvedic treatments, a method of traditional remedy native to India. This systems uses a range of methods such as yoga, acupuncture and massage.
Shilajit Resin is a byproduct of decomposing plants preserved in the dark crevices of the Himalayan Mountains. As the sun melts the snow, a soft heavy resin seeps out and is collected by local farmers. This resin is then dried, and known as Shilajit, meaning "rock-invincible" in Sanskrit.
This resin makes an excellent offering to the Earth/Ancestral Mother Gaia/Gaea. You can also use Shilajit Resin when working with the Elementals.
Carry in mojo bag; place in bowl or add to water to a bowl to use as an offering.
To remove resin from the ziplock bag that it's packed in, place it in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
