Returns & Exchanges Policy

Requesting a Return

To ensure a seamless return process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your item(s) at Contact Us to initiate a return. We're here to help you with any questions or concerns.
  • Should you receive authorization for a return, the item(s) must be sent back within 7 business days from the date of authorization.

For Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event of receiving a damaged item, an incorrect product, or other issues, kindly reach out to our support team at Customer Support prior to returning the item. We'll strive to resolve your concerns promptly.

Standard Returns

Should you wish to return an item for other reasons:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, plus a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns may be sent via UPS, USPS Priority, or Regular Mail. Prior to dispatching your return, consult with our team on the recommended method and the necessity of insurance. A complete refund of the item's purchase price (excluding shipping, insurance costs, and restocking fees) will be processed upon receipt of the item in its original condition.

Order Adjustments

Need to adjust your order? Here's how:

  • If you need to remove an item(s) from your order, please contact us immediately. A 10% restocking fee applies for such adjustments.
  • Alternatively, we offer the option to have a credit applied to your account to avoid the restocking fee.

Exchanges

Looking for an exchange instead?

  • A minimum restocking fee of 10% applies. Please note that shipping costs for both the return and the reshipment are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling an order?

  • If your order is already packaged, labeled, and ready for shipment or in transit, a 15% restocking fee is applicable.
  • For immediate cancellations where the items have not been prepared for dispatch, a lower 10% restocking fee applies.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items

Please be aware that sales are final for the following items:

  • Herbs, oils, clothing, earrings, calendars, closeout sale items, and custom-made orders.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Parcels

For returns due to incorrect address entry, refused packages, or unclaimed parcels:

  • If a package returns to us under these circumstances, reshipment requires payment of additional shipping and handling fees.
  • If reshipment is declined, you will receive a refund minus the restocking fee and shipping/handling costs.

International Returns

For international orders that are refused or unclaimed:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund as these items cannot be retrieved.
