Sambucus nigra

Elder Flower is sacred to many Mother Goddess figures, in part due to its white flowers. Also called the Tree of Life and the Tree of the Devil for it was thought to stem from them being considered sacred by the Druids.
Elder Trees have been closely linked with witchcraft, and folks believed that witches could turn into Elder Trees.
